O Incomparável Cristo

O objetivo principal do livro é mostrar quem é Jesus, isto pela forma como Ele influenciou os seus discípulos, a Igreja Cristã e as pessoas durante a era Cristã.

É muito interessante a coleção de informações que o autor nos traz, além de dividir tudo de forma simples e de fácil compreensão. É por isso um grande privilégio poder ter acesso a este livro: Alguém com tanto conhecimento bíblico e histórico que traz estas informações e conteúdos compilados. Eles mostram a dimensão surpreendente da influência de Cristo nas nossas vidas. A Ele toda honra e toda glória.

Cristo é ao mesmo tempo o cumprimento das promessas de Deus a Israel, o servo sofredor que morreu na cruz, que assim salvou o mundo, que nos liberta do pecado, que nos traz um paradigma moral (que não é só teórico, mas também prático). Ele é o cabeça da igreja, que nos dá suporte e é nosso sacerdote junto a Deus pai. Totalmente humano e divino ao mesmo tempo, em comunhão perfeita com o pai, veio ao mundo de forma simples, amou as pessoas e nos ensinou humildade. Morreu, ressuscitou e vive reinando e há de julgar. Ele é magnífico.

A última parte do livro se dedica a uma das mais sóbrias análises do apocalipse que já li. Existem muitos interpretando este livro e tentando achar correspondência entre eventos de nossos dias e as suas profecías. Já este autor, por exemplo, vem afirmar que as profecías de apocalipse sobre os desastres e a abertura dos selos (Ap. c. 6) devem ser entendidas não como eventos literais, mas sim como uma “visão geral da história entre a primeira e a segunda vinda de cristo”, ou seja, de nossos dias. Assim como Cristo em sua descrição de Mateus capitulo 24, com a descrição do que ele chama de “ início das dores”.

Acredito que este livro será sempre usado por mim como livro de referência em assuntos como Igreja e Apocalipse. Um livro profundo, com reflexões teológicas bem elaboradas, diferente do que temos visto no mercado. Mas também acessível aos mais variados leitores. E sem dúvida sua importância principal é o fato de proclamar as grandezas de Jesus Cristo.

Tenho boas impressoes daqui, o povo e amavel e o clima e o lugar parecem bastante com o Brasil.

E impressionante a quantidade de pessoas que se ve pelas ruas, caminhando, e o transito e meio caotico. Quando algum carro vai fazer a conversao, simplesmente decide o mais rapido, e dai , temos uma bagunca, as vezes os carros cortam por um lado, as vezes pelo outro....O lado do motorista e o direito, como na inglaterra.

A comida e boa, mas estou extrando um pouco ( isso quer dizer gazes).Estou bem cansado por que a diferenca de horario pro Brasil e de 5 horas. A reuniao tem sido intensa, mas bem positiva para o intercambio.

Tambem e muito bom estar com meu amigo Danijel!!!

DIRETAMENTE DO QUENIA, ao vivo, nesse momento eu percebo que o teclado nao tem acento!

A viagem foi boa,mas longa, com uma espera de 5 horas na Africa do Sul.
dentre outrasc cousas , vi um mulcumano fazendo sua rotina de oracao diaria, levando o rosto ao chao e levantando, isto ajoalhado sobre um tapete que trazia na bagagem.
Tambem achei estranho que o papel higienico era bege, caqui, talvez pra camuflar no uso?
Pelo pouco que dormi agora tenho dor de cabeca...

quanto ao Quenia,

A primeira impressao e de um pais alegre, muito calorozo, com pessoas bem receptivas, e claro, o obvio, eu me sinto diferente, o brancasso, ja que todos tem muita melanina na pele.

PS.: acabei de saber que encontrarei um grande amigo, o Danijel , que nao pensei ver tao cedo: fiquei muito emociado....

AFRICA HERE I COME and conclusion for THE DARK SIDE OF HALD*

PS.: This post is, at the same time, a new one, and a continuation from the pervious one.

The risk of meet so different and special people, and them, you will have to say good bye to them!

The ones that have been to HALD know that the last school day is not what we could call a nice ordinary school day. That one is the sad CRYING DAY.

People from every corner of world are on departure to thousands of kilometers away, on a trip that will make almost impossible to see each other again.

Some people made special impression on me, not because they are special themselves, but because among other things, they have done the best to adapt in the new culture, they were brave.

And I believe the ones that are facing more troubles adapting should be the Africans, coming to the west from a so different culture.

I could spend the role day here saying names, such as Amós from Cameroon or Esther from Uganda, special people, but the true is: I thought I would never see them again.

Well, those days i was surprised in a good way. I have to confess I thought I would travel to Norway again (and I surelly will, don’t now yet how and when), I did not yet, for “the human heart make planes but the final answer comes from the Lord”

And as the Africans say: Praise the Lord for this!

THE DARK SIDE OF HALD

Once student at Hald*, you will never be the same person again. It is not an exaggeration for the school project name is Changing students for life.

And it is true that we experience many good things when we are there. Just the fact that you are in another culture alone brings such a amazing learning opportunity to ones life.

But there are many hard times as well, and that’s what here I call THE DARK SIDE OF HALD.

In my view there are three faces of the dark side, that in my experience where the most significant:

- The reverse Cultural shock ( 1) ,
- The risk of having a event or a loss in the family(2) and
- The risk of meet so different and special people, that you probably never see again (3)

- The reverse cultural shock

o I think I went to deep. I really dig in the culture, to the point of feeling myself as one of them. It was amazing to see how I really enjoyed the good things about it and how the bad where not that bad. Therefore, my shock coming back was harsh.

o On my time back home I´ve been dreaming of Norway for at least 1 year. It was hard to adapt to very common things at my own culture, such as food, TV, and the way people relate with each other.

Lucky me I hold a personal relation to God, and therefore, in Him I found a way to make this hard time positive.

First, the “depression time" ( when you think life is worthless) is finally over, and now I have a better view of the bad and of the very good of my country/culture

Endurance and patience are virtues not very exercised nowadays. I had the rich opportunity to be practicing it, what could bring one more faith and humbleness.

- The risk of having a event or loss in the family

o My grandparents, moms parents, are very close to me. I even leaved a childhood period with them. They had the golden jubilee, 50th years of marriage, while I was in Norway. It was away too touching to watch the tape and to realize that I wasn’t there.

o My grandmom, dads mom, died while I was there as well. It was weird. It was even more weird since I said her: “Wait for me, I am coming back on one year”. To not be able to attend the funeral was the hardest part.

It is very nice to see the pictures in exposition, to the trip I made together with Tor Harald and Pia, besides that i visited many friends, such as Anne and Anders in Eide, Anders in Eide and Andres parents in Molde, Kristin , Ragnild in Aalesund, and it was very fun I also Appeared on the local TV . Giving interview about the exposition and the trip.. they changed it a lot ( edition) but... it was fine ..

Viajem de Bike na Noruega

Exposição de fotografias de Leandro Dobre Baptista dos Santos, graduando de Administração De Empresas FEA-RP, que realizou a viajem de bicicleta na Noruega, das cidades de de Tromsø (69°40′N) à Bergen (60°22′N),em um percurso que, por Estrada equivale à 1800 km. A aventura durou 20 dias, cortando os fiordes pela costa daquele país! Com natureza exuberante e um verão de claridade 24 horas, as fotos são um registro que vale a pena conferir !

Percurso total por Estrada @ 1800 km

Uma pausa na faculdade e fui 2 anos viver na Noruega: estudar e trabalhar, conhecer o mundo. Neste periodo a minha paixão pela natureza cresceu muito. A cultura daquele país e muito influenciada pela natureza, pois o país possui fiordes e montanhas.O montanhismo e esqui são paixão nacional.

Pensei em uma maneira de fechar com “chave de ouro” o meu período de estada no país, e por que não fazer uma viajem de bike?

A viajem aconteceu em junho/julho do ano 2007, ”verão” norueguês, e estas fotos são registro dessa maravilhosa experiência.

A viajem durou 20 dias, da cidade de Tromso (69°40′N) à Bergen (60°22′N)!O percurso por Estrada equivale à uns 1800 km. Fiz o trajeto pelas vias costeiras, utilizando estradas e feries que trafegam cortando os fiordes.

Foi voando de Oslo, trazendo a bicicleta e os equipamentos até a cidade de Tromsø, ao norte do círculo polar ártico,lugar com a Universidade mais ao norte do mundo,onde estava rolando um inverno de 3ºC e chuva: isso me desanimou no início

A aventura teve três etapas: a primeira parte, quando contei com a ajuda do amigo norueguês Tor Harald (Toto), experiente em viagens de bike, com uma travessia da China no currículo! Fomos desde Tromsø até o extremo sul das ilhas Lofoten! certamente a parte mais bonita do percurso, com claridade 24 horas, sol na meia noite, e natureza exuberante! Muito bacalhau, turistas de trailers e tranqüilidade: a região é pouco habitada!

De lá tomamos um barco cruzeiro, de carona com uma amiga que trabalhava no tal barco.No continente Toto me deixou! Começava então a Segunda etapa, onde Judith, da Alemanha, se juntou a mim, para cumprir o percurso “centro norueguês” desde Sandnessjøen (@ 64º latitude norte) ate Molde (@ 62ºl.n.)

Infelizmente Judith ficou ruim do estomago em Molde, de onde continuei só a terceira etapa, a dos grandes fiordes!Essa foi à parte mais difícil, pela solidão e cansaço: com subidas de até 1000 acima do nível do mar, onde passei por regiões de neve, montanhas e fiordes: O ponto alto foi o Fiorde Geiranger, considerado patrimônio natural da humanidade pela Unesco!

A bicicleta já estava cansada e em Byrkjelo (@61ºl.n.) fiz a ultima parada antes rumar para Bergen, cidade onde a aventura terminou!

Ficou muita saudade, da natureza, dos amigos que visitei (visitei 7 deles durante a viajem) e com as dificuldades da viajem ficou também muito aprendizado!

Agradeço a Deus que me sustentou durante todo o percurso e me deu força para cumprir uma aventura tão longa, mas muito bem recompensada!

After greats 10 days at Conosur ( South amercicas IFES south conference), in assuncion, Paraguay, me Anderson and Paulo went to travel in North argentina, where we ve got to visit Balbina, Maria and Family, and had a great time there, included 7 colors mountains.After that , ive got 2 more days in Parguay, visiting a friend, Damaris..
My know how in traveling cheap is growing and I am planing creat a web site on that.. Today I am looking for tickets to Norway..it will be nice to come back there after a while...see u !

Travel arounfd Brasil !

Me, TorHarald, and Boerge, friends from Norway, are traveling around Brasil , after New years eve in Paulista avennue!
After that, we traveled to Petropolis, where we taken a Mountain trip to Teresopolis. I have to confess that it was wicked! never could imagine that there was so nice mountains in Brazil

Now we are in Rio de Janeiro , it rains but yesterday we had a good time in the corcovao mountain, with the christ statue

We are on our way to a nice island called Ilha Grande..

It was sad to leave Jenny and Marit , after a very nice week togueter.
It was very nice to receive visit from three cousy Norwegian girls in Sao Paulo, on Saturday, 8th Desember. They came to my grandpas house in Sao , where we had luch togueter. the girls said that they look like norwegians "bestforeldrene- grandparents", something that probably is related with the generation :)We also went to Paulist avenue, a kind 5th avenue n Sao Paulo. after , a short trip to my uncle Edu house, and we finished travelling to Mogi das Cruzes, were they stayed.

Vacation in João Pessoa

By now I am in Joao Pessoa, at the coast, enjoying sommer! Nice to see some old friends, as Bruno, Karina and Silvinho, and get to know the Norwegian hald students Synoeve and Kjetil. Anja, whom has been at hald 2yerasago is on her away too!!!!

I feel happy to be here, and it very impressive to see how big and nice it is this country

I survived to my first semester after norway ( AN). My target was to get in the university again, and finish the bachellor!besides the fact that I still have some credits to do, today i have my last semester exams, and hoppefully i will succed on them!I have to confess it was not easy, a had to get into a new old place, and God was my strenght , and my shelter!
I am looking foward to vacations, and i will travel a lot, just for not changing habits... next semester some feel credits and them i am finished with my bachelor degree.....

I been in Sao Jose Rio Preto in the last weekend. there was a ABU camp, and it was very cool. I met also a couple that have been to Norway at Hald, the same school as me. and I met a missionary couple , they are cousy norwegians, and they are living there. The next weekend i am going to Sao Paulo,and it will be nice!!!

Last week i did not had classes so i decided to travel southover

I arrived at Florianopolis on last monday, where I stayed a fell hours..I just taked a buss to to blumenal, where i met Haniel and Mireile, old ABU friends..

The time there was very nice, and i really liked the felowship, and the times we had togheter, with two bible groups and some times going out in the city.

On thusday i traveled to Curitiba, where I had the opportunity to visit Conrado( he was at Hald 1th year), Mateus ( studant this year) and I had the opportunity to met Mona, from Karmooy, norway..

it was very fun , specialy the trip to Serra da Graciosa!

In the end, I traveled at saturday to Florianopolis, where me , Mateus and Father enjoyed churrasco ( real barbecue) and the beach...

after 24 days here, i feel brazilian. not just a brazilian, something strange, but at least i feel something:
after 3 weeks of lack of feelings, lack of motiviation.
i am not saying: i am fine in Brazil:I am just going... i will be fine in heaven, togueter with Jesus, but that will have to wait!i think

It is very impressive to see that, beside all my weacknesses, God is in control over human history, including mine.Im coming back to be a brazilian, with norwegians aspects.I am trying to keep what is good from that culture, but s very hard to think about it right now. I have to say THANK U VERY MUCH ALL U FRIENDS THAT in one way or another helped me, in prayers in smiles, beeing with me!

I always have to come back to the basics of faith: from this life we are not going to bring much!

To the next, only Faith, hope and love will serve.Let us focus on that for our lifes

Hei Guys

I am back, but my spirit definitively still in Norway!
My time here is hard, everething is very strange, but day by day i am getting reused to my home culture!
I do not recomend to stay so long far way, it is very painfull and strange, but it is for sure the price to pay in such intense experience!
By now, i am trying to be positive, to do my best and help the others ( promisses done at Hald school time) , but mainly to be positive
It will be very helpfull if u reminde me in prayers, because I need them!
It is very warm here, and it is hard to get used.. in Ribeirao Preto , city where I live, since i arrived, i havent had any clouthy day: very chocking for a bergen guy

Those weeks have been hard time to a brazilian guy living in Norway. It was almos 2 months nos-stop rain! Well, it is very, very boring, but as a norwegian popular saying: there is no bad weather, but bad clother!

The good think about it is that a lot of thinks are happening on this time of the year.
I ve been to two "juleborer", the norwegian christmas fellowship partie, and I have to confess that those parties are quite fun: good food, nice dressing ( see pictures), dancing polinesa ( or bolognesa), that, explaining to the brazilian reader, it is like to dance " quadrilha" but with classical music..hehehe, and so one.. In one of those me and Marit, i friend that had been to Brasil trough Hald 2 years ogo, have been playing some brazilian songs to her choir ( ..very very fun, but scary to play to choir music interessed people) .. one more crazy experience in my life

And i was traveling to the North countie! Fun: No , just fantastik! It was very very good

On those experiences you can recognize that God is amazing

We , me and Tor Harald, a vey good norwegian student of mathematic and missionary kid in Japan friend, went to this place, called Sandane , on the Wednesday morning.
The purpose of the tripe was to visit two skolelaget, or "ABU" schools groups

The weather was not very good, with rain and widy,but i convinced him to take the skiis!

My boss had made same contacts and got a place for us to stat. When we got there, it was a very confortable church residence, with all confort

we had a meeting with two guys, leders for the group, in a kafe! it was very nice and we talked about the wrk and made some plans for the next day

We slept there and in the other day,Thursday ,the mountains around were with snow, very nice

in the morning we had a meeting with the other group in the school!
The principal was very nice with us, and he arranged a room, and liberated the leder of group from a test, to participate on the meeting!

After the meeting we went shopping, and went to the church, where we would meet the other group. We meet then to a administrative meeting, and later we had a Lagsmøte, with me and Tor Harald doing the talk! It went very nice , and after that we got the oportunity to get to know the guys better, playing fantasi!

Unfortunately we had to leave the place on Friday, but we left very early and went skiing in the mountains for some hours. The weather as not the best in the world ( a lot of wind), but we had much fun!

Mas pra compensar este mal tempo, o Natal está chegando: presentes, festas ( como esta da foto, com queima de fogos e tudo) e eu andando de terno ( em breve fotos , hehe) ....vou viajar bastante e espero que tudo de certo nas minhas programacoes.. saio de Bergen dia 21 de Dezembro e so volto dia 19 de Janeiro! Uma jornada que vai durar quase um mes, viajando na Noruega, e mundo afora! aguarde mais info no futuro!!

Eg er litt lei av været her i Bergen! Men det går greit,det kan ikkje bli verst! (positive tenket)hehe! Faktisk, mine siste veke var en veldig travelt én. Det er veldig viktig med sånn vær:

På torsdag, middag hos Hald i år utenlandsk studenter, plus to staff lærer ( Siri og Monika) ..koselig !
På fredag, Jullegrøt hos Hald norsk studenter frå i fjor!Spilt fantasi og snakket om i fjor! veldig koselig.og Bursdag til Tor Stein Tingnes, min høygest venner! Vi såg filmen til kl seint i Natta: Borat, frå kazakistan..hehe-kjekt
På Lørdag : Eli kommet på Middag hos meg (Pizza er ikkje den best middagen. men koselig allikavel), og Julebor til Crux ( kor) det var supert! eg spilt mange sanger, danse på slutt, og det var knal bra!!
På Sondag: krybb vandring: våt og kaldt, men bra! Best med glogg etterpå

eg gleder meg til å snart stå på ski, og at sola kommer til o bli sterkere og sterkere!!!

Eg håper at dokke fostår ..hehe..norsk er vanskelig vet du!!

This is a terrible month here in Bergen! It rains a lot! and the sun sets at 4 clock: Thats really hard! I am looking foward to Christmas, and to go skiing. next month I hope so! I am also going to KRIK explore and it will be very nice christian camp, with around 1000 young people. It was amazing last year, I hope it will be this year again!! I am also thinking a lot about my life, my job, the challenges og my life, summing, i am using this hard month to reflect a lot.

Own I almost forgot: yesterday was nice weather! and I went to a mountain and there was some sun! it was cool! sometimes you can get days like this in Norway as whell!! I hope you, that read , also have good times wherever you are: Brasil, Norway, around the world, thar God can be the light in dark times!!

Geilo Ski Resort Just for you!

Last friday i received notice that I would have free next monday and tusday! So, I was about to have free time, and the weather here in Bergen was very bad! I thought: What can I do with the free time I have? What I want is to go skiing, of course! But where? there is any snow in November? Well....I checked on the internet, and in Geilo, the Norwegian mountains , there was some snow ( 40 cm)! and I said: Why not! Ok, the hotel will be exepnsive! And also alone is not fun!

Later I talked with a friend of my, Anne, and she said: I am going to Geilo with my bibleschool, whe are coming on monday evening! And I said great, I am coming to! I taked the train on monday morning, and whent to the track!!By the way, the weather was amazing, and I was there alone , no one else in the track! Later some people came, but i was there alone for two hours! isnt it special?alone in one of the biggest ski resorts in Norway, with a good weather, alone?Whel it was a amanzing day that I will always remember!

work , work , work . I have a work to do!!

Work is my last name! Hehe.. I am working quite a lot! Not in quantity or quality, but in My head!! it is realy complicated to be responsable for some people, some events, some tasks! I am not fluent in Norwegian yet!I developed a impresiive skills in the language, I can understand a lot, i can do a lot of thinks, i think in norwegian! But some thinks like to praye,to talk in the telefone, the dialects, steel being big challenges for me!!I wanted to do more and in a better way, but I can not! By one side, this is frustranting, hard, very difficult. By the other hand it can give place to God to do the work through me !But lets forget a little about the work ad lets talk about have fun!I ve been doing quite a lot of meeting with friends and I am succeding to be with them .. great and very important in this different culture!!

ive been to the mountais ( three times!)
ive been to a norwegian country singer concert
ive been playing gitar in a church service.. very cool!!
i ve invited 20 people to see the decisive match in the norwegian champioship.The team from Begen could get it , but unfortntly it lost! sad..above picture from this miracle of amplification of space in my small apartment....

I have to confess that i miss Hald! I miss that people..

But is really good to be back in Bergen..
To be at Hald is like to be in a very nice place! You have a lot of young people, food, people from different nationalities, backgrounds, and a lot of things are happening there, all the time! it is so cool.
But it is a very conntroled enviromment, and to be back to the "real life" is what i like most:

-Go to a fish wet tour, and get only one fish , and a lot of water.
-Meet very good friends in their houses, to have a lunch and drink some coffee!
-Meet with the last year Hald students and to have a nice time togueter!!
- Work! A long time i didn´t get into a routine of work. It´s challenging but necessary!!
- Get some bad night of sleep, after watch a norweigian terror movie about snow board and winter!
- Go to walk in the mountains ( i think this the one i like best)
- Miss a lot the family
-Be tired!
-Be me!

And after sometime here i realize how hard it is to write english, to think in norwegian, and to have as mother tongue portuguese, using a spanish dictionary!

My heart is devided in two: I wanna go , but I will miss Hald a lot! Hald was the first place Ive been in Norway therefore I have so mauch affection for this crazy school: its variety, its old style, its people..i will i know i will. but the winter is coming soon..wawawawa.. see you people and God bless u!!

25 anos de travessuras...

Parece uma idade "cabalistica" : 25 X 4 = 100 ou 25 é 1/2 de 50, etc...eu me sinto com 18 ..hehe.. não me sinto velho, mas percebo que as coisas mudaram. Por exemplo: tenho uma barba mais firme, vejo criancas e penso como seria legar ter uma, acho que estou atrasado na Faculdade, ouvia guns and roses , e me sinto velho no meio da galera de 20 anos que é do tempo dos backstreetboys....e no contexto brasileiro é até bom que eu tenho 25, pois 24 não pega bem...

Bom, eu estou feliz por isso, e espero que eu consiga ser responsável sufiente pelas coisas que conquistei neste tempo de vida, e quero agradecer a todos os que me ajudaram durante a minha vida. Sou 25 anos de travessuras....

ola pessoal, vou escrever esta notícia em Norueguês, pra praticar e pra que os meus amigos norugas possam ler. É sobre meu fim de semana em BErgen. Foi muito legal e eu até subi neste barco da foto!

Hy folkens! Eg var i Bergen i Helga, og det var kjekt. Eg fikk å prate med minn leder, og minn oppgaver på jobb er mer "strålende" til meg. Eg traft mange venn , men noen miste! Eg var inne Hurtigruten båten, og spist bøller og frukter gratis inne der!Det var kjekt å være der!Eg var agså på leilighet at eg skal bor!!Enda eg mistet bestmor min en uke siden, eg går det bra, og se fram til vinter og ett år til i Norge. Ha det!

Ela se foi, sem que eu esperasse. Estranho e difícil é estar na Noruega em momentos como estes, quando alguém tão especial se vai. Ela é o meu maior exemplo de vida devotada a Deus. Nunca conheci alguém tão serio com seus " cultos domésticos", orando por toda a família,de forma tâo dedicada, com tanto amor..saudades.desculpa não poder ir na última despedida. Nos vemos no céu...

Uma folga!

Quarta passada eu tive folga! Fui para Kristiansand, e lá encontrei com meu amigo André!! Foi muito legal passear um pouco! Fim de semana ele, o André esteve no Hald, e eu estive em Ålgård. Quando eu estava lá ele tentou lavar umas roupas minhas e ele fez uma cag...Ele colocou uma toalha vermelha na máquina e quase todas minhas roupas brancas estão rosa. Fazer o que né amigo é pra essas coisas!!

Este fim de semana foi muito legal. Estive em Ålgård, na casa da minha amiga Eli. Foi muito legal. No sábado fui caminhar nas montanhas, no Kjerag! Foi demais ( breve fotos). Fui no Kongeparken também, um parque de diversões. Foi muito bom. a gente se fala mais!!

Eg vær på Ålgårg i Helg! Eg vær på Kjerag og kongeparken. Det vær kjempe kjekkt ( korssan staver kjekkt?)
